What to Expect
Whether it's a single consultation or a full renovation, every client gets the same thoughtful, personalized experience.
Here's what working together looks like, from our first conversation to the final reveal.
It begins with a few details about your project and your space. From there, we'll connect for a short call, usually 15 to 30 minutes, to talk through your scope, timeline, and investment, and to make sure it's the right fit on both sides.
Step 1: Connect & Discover
Next, I'll visit your space for a paid, in-depth consultation, up to two hours, where we'll discuss your needs, goals, style, and timeline. I'll review any inspiration images you may have gathered or existing pieces you'd like to keep, take measurements and photos, and note the architectural details. From there, I'll prepare a proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and design fees. Once it's approved, we'll sign the agreement, and you'll submit an hourly retainer to begin, billed against as we go and applied toward your final invoice.
Step 2: Consultation & Proposal
This is where the vision takes shape, through mood boards, layouts, materials, finishes, and lighting that reflect your style and how you'll live in the space. I'll walk you through every recommendation, and we'll refine it together, usually within two to three rounds. Costs are shared along the way, so nothing is ever a surprise, and nothing is ordered without your approval.
Step 3: Design & Refinement
Once the design is approved, I'll handle the sourcing, ordering, and tracking of every piece, coordinating with vendors and trades to keep everything moving smoothly. I'll manage the timeline and keep you updated every step of the way.
Step 4: Sourcing, Ordering & Coordination
I'll schedule and manage delivery and installation, then add the finishing touches that make the space feel polished, personal, and ready to enjoy.
Step 5: Delivery, Installation & Styling
Once everything is in place and the project is complete, I'll provide a final invoice and collect any remaining balance, and your newly designed space is officially ready to enjoy.
Step 6: Project Close-Out
