This pass-through room had little purpose until it became a home library, made for reading and gathering alike. The built-ins were painted a warm peacock blue, and fabrics and light fixtures with a slightly masculine vibe rounded out the space. A few of the homeowner's own pieces, including a special piece of artwork and swivel chairs, were woven in to make it feel truly theirs.

Moving into a modern high-rise condo, this family wanted a dining area and family room that felt warm and welcoming, while working hard for everyday life. Wallpaper was applied to the open dining nook to create a distinct zone, and in the family room, a custom sofa in performance fabric and custom ottomans with no sharp edges were chosen with small children in mind. The result is a space that works as hard as this family does, from busy weeknights to weekend gatherings.

A major kitchen renovation transformed two separate rooms into one. By absorbing the old dining room into the footprint of the former kitchen, this space became one large, gorgeous kitchen, perfect for busy everyday life and hosting large family gatherings. The client wanted to keep the palette simple, elegant, and timeless, so materials such as white oak, natural marble, and a statement backsplash were chosen to bring the vision to life.

A full basement renovation created a second family room, made for both dad and his teenage daughter alike. It's a place to gather with friends and sink in to watch a movie. The TV stand was wall-mounted to free up floor space, and unused built-ins were removed to allow more depth for TV viewing. Out of a dead corner, a banquette and table area was carved out, perfect for work calls, homework, and board games.

When this fitness studio moved to a new location, staying true to their brand meant creating a space where guests want to gather, mingle, and connect, exactly what the brand was built on. Jewel tones and luxury fabrics like velvet, a departure from the typical all-white fitness studio, paired with hospitality touches to bring a downtown hotel lounge vibe to life. Designed for an OB-GYN's private office, the goal was to have the space feel warm for patients. A vibrant, colorful painting served as the inspiration for the room's palette, and a vinyl grasscloth wallcovering brought a residential feel while standing up to the demands of a clinical setting. A mirrored and gilded desk added a touch of glamour, paired with a tufted velvet chair for comfort during long consultations, while a sleek étagère keeps the space organized without feeling sterile.

Designed exclusively for the owners of this hotel property, the goal was to create a space that felt like a true home away from home rather than another hotel suite. Working alongside the project's architecture team, residential touches such as silk wallcoverings, a built-in desk nook with skyline views, custom motorized window treatments, and a graphic X-base dining table brought warmth and polish to every space. Sophisticated finishes in charcoal, chrome, and warm neutrals tie it all together.
